LOST シーズン3　第50話“囚われた者たち”/A Tale of Two Cities

先週AXNでやっていたLOSTシーズン3 第1話のプレミア放送をようやく見た。やや展開が遅いのが気になるけど面白い！
それにしても、偽ヘンリーことベンの顔が不気味...。

6月はプリズンブレイク、LOST、そしてHOUSEシーズン2と見逃せないドラマが一気に増える！！
英語力もアップするといいんだけど...

とりあえず勉強になった英語表現を書き出しました。

AMELIA: Still hasn't fixed your plumbing yet? （まだ配管直してないの？）

JULIET: I think you're stubborn.（頑固だと思う）

ジャックの父がジャックに: Let it go, Jack. （忘れるんだ）

JULIET: You sit there across from the door, back against the wall. （ドアの向かいの壁に背をむけて座って）

JACK: What the hell is going on here?　（何が起きてるんだ？）

KARL: Sorry, I involved you in my breakout attempt. （俺の脱走計画に巻き込んですまない）

JULIET: Your head is probably sore, your throat is raw. （頭やのどが痛いでしょ）
raw　ヒリヒリ痛む、（傷など）皮のむけた

If you don't eat or drink something soon you're going to start hallucinating. （何か食べるか飲まなきゃ幻覚が起きるわ）

女性: Why don't you grab a chair and join us?　（一緒に座って）
grab a chair　腰をおろす、座る

Your father has been sober 50 days now. （お父様は今日で禁酒50日目よ）
sober　酔っていない、しらふの

TOM: I'll bring you some anti-septic later.　（消毒薬を持ってこよう）

GUARD: Sheppard, someone posted your bail.（シェパード　保釈だ）

SARAH: Look at the bright side. （いい方に考えてよ）
